PalaMINO RELEASES NEW SINGLE I REALLY WANT TO LEAVE

Palamino has just released their new single I Really Want to Leave along with an official music video on their Youtube channel. I Really Want to Leave is a fun, energetic, rock anthem juxtaposed by the emotional and painful lyrics reflecting on the less-than-stellar moments in life. The music video follows suit with their previous video for Don’t Lie to Your Friends, with the deep black and white color grading with a mix of candid and narrative shots throughout. This time taking place at an amusement park to give an already fun filled video even more of a reason to smile while indulging in its artistry.
Palomino has been releasing music under the name since their self titled debut album in 2019. Since then they have release an EP in 2020 titled Don’t Lie to Your Friends. You can tell in just these short couple years their sound and song writing has kept evolving. Their single I Really Want to Leave sounds very reminiscent of their debut, it combines much of their writing styles on their more recent EP as well. This gives it a deeper more sophisticated feel to the rock driven sound, while maintaining the emotional aspects Palomino dived into with their EP.
The production on the I Really Want to Leave has also heavily improved over their debut and EP, giving their already bright and exciting sound much more room to grow and sit in the mix. The single really pops compared to their earlier tracks, which really excites me to see what their future releases have in store for us as well. They are on a fantastic road to success, so definitely keep your eyes out for more Palomino!
