Doors At Seven is a DIY collective that prioritizes building community. Our core mission statement is to provide as much support as we can to independent musicians, artists and creatives alike!
Doors At Seven was founded by Noelle Janasiewicz in 2020 when she self directed the documentary "Doors At Seven". The purpose of the film was to gain awareness about the importance of DIY spaces in their respective communities.
Once the documentary was completed and screened Doors At Seven hosted their first annual “Door Daze” music festival in 2021. A two day music festival to celebrate the premiere of the film and the return to live music after the pandemic which has now gone on to be an annual event.
From there Doors At Seven continued to host live music events out of various DIY spaces in New Paltz, NY. Doors At Seven then transitioned into a music media and booking collective in 2022 with the mission statement to shine a spotlight on independent musicians, artists and creatives alike.
Presently in 2024 Doors At Seven books live music all over the Hudson Valley and has expanded into New York City.
Doors At Seven also operates an editorial blog, podcast and daily radio shows!
